These first five links below provide essential information about the programme which you must read and understand as soon as possible.
- Deanery website OOH area - this provides the definitive and most up to date regulations regarding out of hours training, the EWTD and includes the most up to date versions of forms
If you need more information or have a question that these documents do not answer, please speak to one of the Training Programme Directors.
Paperwork requiring completion:
The most up to date versions of all relevant documents required for:
- Recording of Out of Hours training experience (Form OOH1)
- Confirmation of level of supervision required (Traffic Light Forms OOH3 & OOH4)
should be accessed on the Deanery website under Primary Care/Out of Hours.
