East Cumbria GP Training Programme, based in North east Cumbria, is close to the heart of the Northern lake District, with Training practices in both rural and urban locations within the lake District National Park, the beautiful Eden Valley, Hadrian's wall country and the Scottish Borders.

We are an innovative and flexible training programme, offering each trainee a tailor made three year rotation.

Clinical experience is offered across a wide range of community and hospital specialities, including some exciting integrated training posts in pre-hospital care and medical education amongst others.

Our close knit GP training program team and our excellent GP Trainer's, offer comprehensive educational and pastoral support throughout the 3 years of training and beyond. We are proud of our philosophy of making this support individual to each registrars needs.
