Karen is responsible for the overall management and development of the programme, trainer appraisals and development, and deanery and national networking.


Training Programme Director (TPD)

TPD for ECGPTP since 2008
Lead on  for trainer workshops/development needs
Lead on Communication Skills Training
Experienced in faciliation and group leadership skills
Enthusiastic facilitator/organisor of the Half Day Release

Natalie is responsible for the half day release programme and trainer development.



Training Programme Director (TPD)

Tim SandersDr Tim Sanders

Training Programme Director since 2008
GP Partner at Shap Medical Practice since 2011

Tim joined the Programme as a TPD just a few months after completing his training. He has previous experience in medical teaching, and holds a certificate in medical education.

Tim is responible for integrated training posts and GPR development programmes, including the leadership programme.

Jill and David cover the Programme office during the working week and are responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the scheme. They can be contacted at the programme office during normal working hours.


Other Programme responsibilities


All other programme responsibilities are shared.

Karen, Natalie and Tim are usually available in the programme office every Wednesday.
